Each Function takes about 25 adults to make it a safe environment.  Half of these are youth leaders.  This means we need at least 12 parent chaperones to volunteer for each Function.

If we do not have the necessary number of parents by the first of each month, that month's Function will be canceled.

We also normally have 3 reserve Ottawa Co. sheriff's deputys on staff at each Function to help with crowd control.
